I am a home chef, Former owner of 7 wine shops, 6 restaurants, Co hosted a TV cooking show on ABC for 4 years and a Bourbon Lover.
I'm always cooking something good or crafting a live edge dining table to enjoy it on.
About Me
I've been wood working my whole life.
Some years back my Dad died and left a whole workshop of modest tools. I decided then to go at it full time after leaving a 12 year run in a restaurant chain I created.
The move probably saved my life and changed work from a job to a passion.
